There are multiple ways to access our service:

Lower Income: SBT can provide funded counselling sessions if evidence can be provided that my family/provider/myself is in receipt of Universal Credit, JSA, ESA, PIP, DLA, Housing Benefit, Working and Child Tax Credits, Cost-of-Living Crisis Payments or free school meals.

Subsidised Fee: We can still offer our counselling service to cover the minimum costs at £249 for x6 counselling sessions and an additional intake assessment.

Have you received counselling support from Stop.Breathe.Think in the past?

Can you provide us with an emergency contact? If you are under 16 this must be a parent/legal guardian.

Please note to access counselling with Stop.Breathe.Think. you must:

  • Read and agree to our Client Contract and GDPR Statement
  • Read our service guide 
  • Be between the ages of 8-21 years.
  • Be able to provide us with an emergency contact detail who is over the age of 18, if you are under 16 this must be a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must not have accessed our service before, or currently be in counselling elsewhere.
  • Please note that all funded spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
  • If you are an organisation working with a young person please include this on the referral form.
