Sign up to #BeatTheBlues 2023

#BeatTheBlues is our brand new fundraising campaign, taking place every year on Blue Monday. In 2023 this day falls on January 16th.

Blue Monday is the name given to a day in January said to be the most depressing day of the year. We’re encouraging everyone to wear blue and donate £2 on the day to help show young people they’re not alone with their mental health, and that we’re here to help and support them. By taking part it will also help us raise vital funds to continue our work. Get involved with your school, workplace or youth group and sign up to #BeatTheBlues 2023!
