Please note to access counselling with Stop.Breathe.Think. you must:
- Read and agree to our Client Contract and GDPR Statement
- Be between the ages of 8-21 years.
- Be able to provide us with an emergency contact detail who is over the age of 18, if you are under 16 this must be a parent or legal guardian.
- You must not have accessed our service before, or currently be in counselling elsewhere.
- Please note that all funded spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
- If you are an organisation working with a young person please include this on the referral form.
