Referring a young person for support

If you are a parent or a family member and you would like to refer a young person for support, please answer the eligibility questions about your young person below.  If you are from a low-income household, you will be able to access free support for your child or young person through our service (please note we will ask you to provide evidence). If you aren’t, you can still access subsidised counselling support with our service if you’d like to.

Due to funding we have received, we are pleased to be able to offer free counselling (without proof of benefits required) in the below locations.  If your child is living in one of these areas and eligible for counselling, please click below to complete a referral.

If your young person is eligible for support, you will be sent a booking form where you can request a first appointment for your young person. This appointment will be a simple Zoom call with your young person to explain the service, they can have their camera on or off. If they’d like to continue we can get them signed up at the same time. Please allow 50 minutes for the appointment. If you have a question, please contact admin@stopbreathethink.org.uk.

Appointments are made available every Monday morning for the following 2 weeks ahead. So, if you see no availability, check back on the following Monday.
